Three service lines

What the vans do

One desk books all three. Tell the dispatcher what is going on and they send the crew with the right gear.

  • Plumbing repair and installs

Leaking or dripping fixtures, running toilets, failed shutoff valves, burst or weeping supply lines and disposals. We also install new fixtures you've bought.

    • Faucets, toilets, valves and supply lines

    • Garbage disposals and under-sink repairs

    • Restroom and mop-sink repairs for small businesses

    • Written price before work starts

  • Drains and sewer lines

Cable and jetting for sinks, tubs, floor drains and main lines. When a line keeps backing up, we run a camera through it and write down what we saw.

    • Sinks, tubs, floor drains and main lines

    • Camera inspection of the line

    • A written note of what the camera showed

  • Water heaters

We repair tank and tankless heaters, flush them and replace them. The technician reads the heater's age and condition and tells you whether repair is worth the money.

    • Repair, flush and replacement

    • Tank and tankless

    • Permit pulled where the work needs one

Light commercial and rentals

Small buildings, same desk

We take calls from the people who run small buildings, and we book them the same way we book a house.

  • Shops and offices

Restroom fixtures, water heaters, drains and supply lines. Schedule after hours when it suits your doors.

  • Restaurants and cafes

Floor drains, prep sinks, mop sinks and water heaters. For grease interceptors and large kitchens, ask the dispatcher first.

  • Rental units

One call from the owner or the property manager. We confirm access with the tenant and text you when the work is done.

Questions about the work

Do you do new construction?

Not on large buildings. We take repair, replacement and small installs in houses and light commercial spaces.

Do you pull permits?

Where the city or county requires a permit for the work, we pull it and list it on your written price.

Can you tell me whether to repair or replace a water heater?

Yes. The technician looks at the heater's age, its leaks and its condition, then gives you the price for each choice.

Not sure which line it is?

Describe it to the dispatcher. They will book the crew that fits.
