What we collect

When you send the form, we collect your name, phone number, address and what you tell us about the problem. When you call or text, we see your number.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, book a window, send the crew and write your price and invoice. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order a part for your job.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept as long as the work needs a record, for a permit or a follow-up question. Requests that never became a job are deleted when you ask.

Photos you text us

A photo you send goes to the dispatch desk phone and the technician. It is used to look at your job and is not posted anywhere.
